Operator

Responsibilities*:

  • Operate equipment such as:
    • Skid steers
    • Mini excavators
    • Tractors
    • Hydro-seeders
    • Loaders·
  • Perform grading, soil preparation, and seeding operations.
  • Install erosion control materials including:
    • Blanket installation
    • Silt fence
    • Inlet protection
  • Load, transport, and unload materials.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Comply with all IDOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
