Quantity Surveyor – Entry Level

Responsibilities*:
- Measure and verify installed quantities in the field.
- Track quantities for:
- Seeding
- Erosion control blanket
- Silt fence
- Inlet protection
- Tree and shrub installation
- Maintain daily quantity logs and production reports.
- Prepare and review pay estimates and invoices.
- Compare installed quantities against contract quantities.
- Assist with job cost tracking and reporting.
- Support force account documentation and claims.
- Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, and project managers.
- Review project plans and specifications for quantity takeoffs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
