Quantity Surveyor – Entry Level

Responsibilities*:

  • Measure and verify installed quantities in the field.
  • Track quantities for:
    • Seeding
    • Erosion control blanket
    • Silt fence
    • Inlet protection
    • Tree and shrub installation
  • Maintain daily quantity logs and production reports.
  • Prepare and review pay estimates and invoices.
  • Compare installed quantities against contract quantities.
  • Assist with job cost tracking and reporting.
  • Support force account documentation and claims.
  • Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, and project managers.
  • Review project plans and specifications for quantity takeoffs.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
